WRITER's Delivery & Customer Success team is looking for a Strategic AI Adoption Lead to accelerate AI adoption across our enterprise customer base. In this role, you'll design and lead large-scale AI adoption programs that help customers go from pilot to production, build scalable training curricula and playbooks, and partner with Customer Success Managers to identify and drive high-value AI use cases. Your work will directly impact customer activation, retention, and expansion.
