Enterprise AI adoption role at a major apparel brand distributor — you build rollout programs, literacy training, and use-case pipelines, not production AI systems.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 annually, depending on experience.
Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus up to 15% of base salary.
Paid Time Off: Accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 152 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.
Additional Benefits:
Hybrid work at SanMar's Eastpointe office in Issaquah, WA (Seattle metro area). Employees required to work in offices Tuesday through Thursday each week. Standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST. Quarterly travel may be required.
