About This Role

This role is ideal for someone passionate about bridging technology and business operations to drive efficiency across the organization. You will design, build, and implement AI-powered workflows that connect people, processes, and tools across multiple teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Client Experience. The position emphasizes creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration, offering opportunities to prototype, automate, and scale solutions using AI and automation platforms. You will work closely with leadership to identify bottlenecks, deploy solutions quickly, and share best practices to ensure broad adoption. This is a dynamic, hands-on role in a fast-paced environment that encourages experimentation and innovation with cutting-edge AI tools.

Accountabilities

  • Design and implement AI-driven workflows that improve operational efficiency and cross-team collaboration.
  • Build and automate smart workflows using tools such as N8N, Glean, Fin, Snowflake, or custom low-code/no-code solutions.
  • Prototype and iterate lightweight solutions that can evolve into scalable systems.
  • Serve as a cross-functional liaison to translate operational challenges into technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with Program Manager Lead to coordinate rollouts, gather feedback, and drive adoption across teams.
  • Document tools, playbooks, and use cases to enable experimentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Continuously test and improve AI infrastructure and automation systems.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in technical, operations, or automation-focused roles such as solutions engineering, RevOps, or technical program management.
  • Proficiency with no-code or low-code automation and AI tools, including Salesforce, Clay, Zapier/Make/Glean/N8N, Retool, Intercom, PlanHat.
  • Experience integrating systems via APIs, webhooks, and data flows across multiple platforms.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
  • Creative, curious, and proactive mindset with an eagerness to experiment with new technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Familiarity with scripting or data tools (Python, JavaScript, SQL) is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, EdTech, or fintech industries is advantageous.
