We are building a small, high-impact team of problem-solvers, builders, and operators who will help us transform and evolve in the AI era.
This is not a traditional role with narrowly defined responsibilities.
You will join a cross-functional transformation squad focused on identifying inefficiencies, challenging legacy workflows, and implementing AI-powered solutions that create measurable business impact.
Some team members may come from technical backgrounds. Others from operations, product, analytics, project management, or completely different industries.

- Experience with AI tools (Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Gemini, n8n, etc.), automations, agents, or workflows
- Vibecoding
- Process redesign experience
- SQL / Python / no-code automation tools
- Experience leading change initiatives
Our Hiring Process
- We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human.
- We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager.
- At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
