About the Role
We're hiring an AI Operations Manager who thinks like an engineer but wants to operate like a business builder. This role is purpose-built for analytically minded people who are excited about applying their technical foundation — not to write code all day, but to architect systems, solve operational problems, and drive real business outcomes across a revenue organization.
If you have a background in CS, engineering, math, or science and you're drawn to the idea of being the person who brings AI into how a company actually works — not just how it's built — this role was designed for you.
You'll report to our Head of Revenue and work closely with our GTM teams — sales, marketing, and customer success — to identify where AI can eliminate friction, accelerate output, and improve outcomes. You'll build the workflows, manage the tools, and train the team to actually use them.
