Your Mission Objectives

Build and ship AI-powered workflows that eliminate manual work at scale Scout for opportunities across every team: spot what's broken or clunky and then go build solutions people want to use Test new AI tools as they launch, evaluate what's genuinely useful, and move fast to put the best ones to work Measure the impact of what you ship and if it's not working, iterate until it does Create a culture where AI-assisted thinking becomes how every team operates
Who You Are
A builder, not a documenter. You'd rather ship a solution than write a report about the problem Genuinely obsessed with AI. You follow the models, test the tools, and can't stop thinking about what's next Sharp analytical instincts. You spot patterns, ask smart questions, and love getting to the root of a problem Fast learner. You pick up new tools quickly and are eager to build the plane while you fly it Clear communicator. Salary Range: $67,000 - $80,000 USD
