- Design and improve onboarding to reduce time-to-value and increase activation rates

Retention & Engagement
- Build and optimize engagement loops that deepen satisfaction and prolong subscription lifetime
- Analyze behavior, anticipate churn, and implement effective retention mechanisms
- Increase perceived engagement and value throughout the user lifecycle
Experimentation & Data
- Use data, user feedback, and research to formulate, prioritize, and validate growth hypotheses quickly
- Manage experimentation backlog and run A/B and multivariate tests end-to-end
- Build and maintain dashboards, analyze user sessions and journeys, and share actionable insights
- Full ownership: design, implementation, QA, results analysis, and decision to generalize or stop
AI in Your Daily Work
AI is not optional at DotWorld; it is the way of working. You are expected to use AI tools autonomously and daily:
- Product Analytics: PostHog for funnels, cohorts, session analysis, and dashboards
- Dedicated AI Agent: An AI agent at your service to accelerate analysis, research, and decision-making
