Biscred AI Product Builder
Biscred is undergoing a radical AI transformation across the entire business.
We are not hiring a traditional Product Manager who writes specs and grooms backlogs. As an AI Product Engineer (Builder), you will rapidly identify critical business problems and build functional code and data pipelines using Claude, Cursor, and other frontier models. You are a rapid-fire prototype builder: you fire out working solutions at high velocity, building locally, spinning up internal tools in non-prod environments, and submitting PRs for our core engineering team to take across the final production finish line.
Key Responsibilities
- Accelerate Delivery: Write functional code daily by prompting and iterating with Claude and other AI coding tools, submitting PRs to our engineering team to review and merge.
- Rapid Prototyping & Internal Tools: Build, test, and iterate on AI agents and workflows.
- Domain Ownership: Own customer and workflow outcomes through AI-assisted building.
